Key Performance Area:
- Design and Development
- Participate in Design, develop, and optimize software applications using .NET technology.
- Participate in system analysis and contribute to the design of software architecture.
- Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code following best practices.
- Testing and Deployment
- Perform unit testing and integration testing of developed solutions.
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of assigned tasks.
- Maintenance and Support
- Assist in debugging, fixing, and enhancing existing software applications.
- Monitor technical performance of internal systems and address issues promptly.
- Collaboration and Learning
- Attend and contribute to development and requirement meetings.
- Continuously learn and improve coding skills by reviewing codebase and seeking mentorship.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance overall team productivity and software quality.
- Documentation and Reporting
- Write and/or update technical documentation where required.
- Provide sufficient and appropriate information to testers in order to understand and test software functionality.
- Able to identify when further requirements are required during development.
Minimum formal Qualifications:
- Grade 12 or equivalent
- Bachelor's degree/ National Diploma in computer science, electrical engineering, or related field.
